A great service and product, with two exceptions 1, the information I received for tracking had changed apparently with DPD website the order was sent, cancelled and then sent again, and the tracking info I had was for the fist despatch. I only got the correct tracking after phoning DPD which was after my call to Woolroom and told DPD are always doing this saying it was cancelled when it was not.2 Your choice of courier DPD are a nightmare, my item should have arrived on the 8th April I didn’t receive it until the 12th this is because the tracking showed that there was a problem with the package and would be delayed, it sat in DPD's Birmingham depot for 3 days

A lovely thick and very warm throw, delivered quickly.

Super fast delivery and a fantastic product. Thank you

Excellent quality and made from very eco friendly materials. Great to see British made products supporting British wool.?

Would have been a 5, but not as full as I had expected and thought I would not have had to fluff them up as much to keep shape.

I have always used down pillows until now. Upon needing to replace my pillow I decided to give wool a try primarily because it seems more humane than harvesting down. I absolutely love this pillow, I find it more comfortable than down and better with temperature regulating.

Don't like being negative, but quite shocked how bad the duvet smelt. Despite hanging outside for 2 days and draping over dining room chairs overnight the smell didn't disappear (it has even made the upholestery smell on the chairs). Disappointed as the weight of the duvet would have been fine so will return it. Perhaps we just had a 'smelly' sheep, but surprised that it wasn't checked before despatch. I have had sheepskin boots, jumpers and coats in the past without any odour at all. Sorry!!

The King size duvet arrived in reasonable time. Not too much packaging. Looked like a good quality duvet. The only issue is that the Warm duvet is no where near a 13.5 tog, or rather it replaced my down and feather 13.5 tog duvet but I have to put another cover over the top to keep warm. A bit disappointed.

We purchased a wool duvet from Thewoolroom.com. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of packing. Plain plastic outer packaging, containing a box, inside the box was a material bag with the duvet inside. Unlike the major brand hollow fibre duvet, ordered at the same time from a major retailer that arrived plastic plain outer packaging, with the inner branded thin plastic wrap. Both of which had been punctured and the duvet was damp and dirty at the point of the holes.
Removing the duvet from the bag I was concerned at how light and thin the duvet was. I was blown away on the first night I slept under the duvet, just how warm it was. In the past I have had goose, duck and hollow fibre duvets. The Wool duvet from thewoolroom.com outshines them all. As mentioned it is thin, light but oh so very, very warm. Even getting in to a cold bed, you warm up so much faster than with hollowfibre and duck down and slightly faster than the Hungarian goose down duvet I owned.
The Wool duvet is more expensive than the hollowfibre duvets but it is worth every penny.
Their customer service is also great, I received emails confirming my order, then its dispatch and then one advising upon expected delivery day. They also followed up with an email a few days after receipt asking if I was satisfied with my purchase and inviting me to contact them if I was not.

Don't order from Woolroom! My order was delayed.Woolroom told me their shipper, DHL, wanted a copy of my passport to deliver my order.Has any shipper ever asked you for your passport? When I contacted Woolroom and requested a refund, they wrote telling me that the blanket had left their offices, and that any issues with DHL were my problem. They said they would not give me a refund and offered no help at all.

Best duvet I’ve ever bought. Not too heavy but heavy enough to feel homely and secure. Glad my friend recommended you.
